Simply Payroll

Simply payroll is a reduced service where you supply all payroll information and we calculate statutory deductions and provide standard reports by email. 

All prices quoted are subject to the standard rate of VAT. Payroll reruns will be charged as above.

Our Standard Process Fee includes the following:

• No Setup fees
• Full set up of your company and employees on our system
• Provide standard spreadsheet to supply payroll data
• Data Entry of all payroll data
• In-year HMRC movements, i.e. P6's, P9's and student loan notices
• Online submission of P45 (Part 1), P46 and P45 (Part 3)
• Supply of Payroll Summary and laser payslips via email
• Supply of monthly P32 reconciliation via email
• Year End filing of P35 and P14's to HMRC
• Supply of P35 and P60's via email     
• E-payslips are available with this service

Any variation of this service will be charged at the Fully Managed Payroll fee.
