Fully Managed Payroll

A fully managed payroll service is where we manage all aspects of your payroll from dealing with all payroll related queries to completing your Year End responsibilities.  

All prices quoted are subject to the standard rate of VAT. Payroll reruns will be charged as above.

Our Standard Process Fee includes the following:

• No Setup fees
• Full set up of your company and employees on our system
• Provide customised spreadsheet to supply payroll data via email*
• Data Entry and all calculations including starters and leavers
• In-year HMRC movements, i.e. P6's, P9's and student loan notices
• Online submission of P45 (Part 1), P46 and P45 (Part 3)
• Supply of Payroll Summary and laser payslips for each employee**
• Supply of monthly P32 reconciliation**
• Monthly letter notifying you of PAYE/NIC liability**
• Year End filing of P35 and P14's to HMRC
• Supply of P35 and P60's**
• Contact for all HMRC and employee queries
• Option of sending your PAYE/NIC cheques to HMRC          
• E-payslips are available with this service

* Use of other methods of supplying payroll data or non-customised spreadsheets will incur an additional charge.

**reports sent to a single company address with no postal service fee. Payslips/P60's can be distributed to employees but the postal service fee will apply.
